No, in order to drive snow scooters, you must get a special driver's licence. You are also allowed to drive snow scooters if you have a driver's licence or tractor licence that was issued the first time before January 1, 2000.

To get a driver's licence for snow scooters, you must be at least 16 years old, have completed an education with an instructor and have passed a theory test.
